Today the hubby decided to bring us to 'The Arch' for lunch. I've been there once but tidak teruja sangat nak datang lagi sebab ordered the wrong menu before "the nasi goreng kampung" it was then, all wrong for me due to the fact that the nasi tasted like pure ginger! and i was pregnant that time. But hey.. that was before. So i said ok..maybe the chef has changed? and now maybe the food was better? so we decided to give it a go.

When we arrived, the parking lot was almost empty and thought that ohh maybe tidak banyak yang lunch di situ. So hati berbunga lah sedikit since we brought the kids along. But then, uhuh..wrong! it was almost a little too crowded! seats were full but luckily there was still a comfy spot although panas sikit but it was acceptable.
We were given time to order what we wanted (good! unlike some eatery, yang suka rush their customers kan) then we were also given the liberty to write down the orders ourselves on the order form (good! so the waiter or waitress doesn't jot down the wrong order..order lain, lain yang datang and we get to write down price as well so that we know that we were in the right budget! hehe ;p).

The menu that we ordered;

1. Curry prawn with rice ( the curry was served in a separate bowl..nice!)

2.Sweet & sour Prawn with rice (served together in one dish)

3.Lady's fingers cooked in sambal sauce without rice
4.Chocolate toast (sliced into small triangular shapes..for the kids..nice job!)

5.Tea Tarik
6.Teh 'o'
7.Ice-blended milo

Total: $22.80 (which was very reasonable!)

The review:
Food: Excellent! the food was great (we were hungry hehe)
Drinks: the tea tarik was to me a so-so
Place: nice but a little noisy maybe only during lunch times? no?
Waiter/waitresses: helpfull and courteous :)
Location & parking space: appropriate

Overall, we enjoyed our time at 'The Arch'. We would definitely pay another visit there in the future. Good Job 'The Arch'!

What we did today.. (9th of December 2009)
went to watch a movie at the Empire Cineplex (Empire Hotel & Country Club), Twilight, New Moon..
The review: it was better than the first one, and gave it an 8.7 out of 10. So you should spare some time and go watch it! especially if you lots love some romantic mushy smoochy stuff..no?
Went to watch it with my two boys Mr Hubby and Abg Harris..We had an awesome time and certainly enjoyed the movie. We didn't bring along the little one because we were afraid he would be frightened of the dark..so we decided it was best if he just stayed at home..but yes..after the movie, mr daddy drove us home to pick up the little munchkin, Ryan, and went off again to have our early dinner at the Bridal MRSA Cafe, The Mall, Gadong.

Abg Harris and 'Monster House'

Last night, before we tucked abg in his bed..he told us about this movie he saw when we (mummydaddy) were at work..

Then, he explained to us what happened in the movie..the way he explained the story was reallybreathtaking. Our boy has grown up so fast =)

Ryan starts crawling in his 8th month!

To my amazement, ryan started crawling on the bed! I still can't forget his facial expression while crawling! very determined and trying very hard to grab his 'lamaze ladybug cloth book' and in the end he sucessfully managed to lift his right leg and then the left..and yup! he did it!

When Abg Harris saw this, the 'abg' was indeed ecstatic!

Well done our beloved Ryan =)

Assalammualaikum,

This is my first attempt in creating this blog! and hopefully it will continue to blossom! hehe..

This blog is dedicated to my dearest boys;
My Eldest, Harris
My Second, Ryan
and of course the love of my life, My Mr Hubby..

The reason why this blog was created in the first place, is just to cherish the memories that me and my boys share and to simply share our happiness and joys with fellow earthlings or perhaps even aliens! out there, everywhere and anywhere you might be..hehe..

The story begins..

Mr Hubby and I met when we were still in our teens..it was (*recalling*) in 1997..which was 10 years ago! (still infatuated by him till this present day) and yes! he was my highschool sweetheart!

Then, years passed on..and in 2004 we decided to make it official.
On the date 11th June 2004 was the day i became his wife..
Then, in addition to our remarkable journey, in that same year i learnt that i was expecting my first..and the next year in April 2005, out came Abg Harris and i became a Mommy.

Then after 3 years..i was expecting again and in March 2009, Ryan was born..and now we have two little rascals enough to make mummy and daddy occupied! hehe

In other words they mean the world to us..and i surely hope that this blessedness from Allah will continue to shine upon our family always..Amin!
