Abang's Guardian Madness =)

Abang Harris loves the Guardian store so much!
Each time we go out and ask him where he wants to go..the answer will always be 'Guardian'.
This is what commercials on Tv does to your kids! Beware Parents! hehe ;p

Mind you, abg does in fact takes care of his appeareance so much that he mostly buys items that appears on the tv and especially the ones that has something to do with taking care of the skin and face. Like recently, what he bought were the garnier light deodorant, dentyne (did i spell that right?), Nivea skin deodorant (the whitening one), Nivea lip balm, colgate total..ohh! and many more!

So yeah, each time, we just let him go loose in the guardian store (this is because he takes soooo much time in searching for that one (or two) items that he wants and if he finds it then he tells me or his daddy to accompany im to the cashier..then we give him the money and what we do is we let him pay for the items himself (with supervision of course! hehe)

You see, its more like a routine sudah for our eldest..hehe..but because we love him soooo much we agree to spoil him once in a while. :)

@ first, abg wanted to purchase the johnson & Johnson's Lotion and talc..

Still searching.. =))

The Apples of Mummy & Daddy's Eyes
How cute is this??

What the abang was doing..
It was always our routine to get the kids ready before we do each time we planned to go out..
And usually while waiting, the abang usually spends his time watching one of his favourite dvds and ryan playing with his toys on our bed..
That day was a different routine for the abang..while the hubby prepared the car and me getting all dolled up (hehe)..this was what the abang did!

So tell me! how cute is this??

Abang was trying to pakaikan socks for his baby brother..
Well done abang!

Our Holiday Vacation..

@KLIA, upon arrival..

The Breakfast Menu on board the RBA..

Ryan sleeping in the baby bassinet provided by RBA

Our Holiday Vacation 2009:

Everyone needs a vacation during the holidays? am i right? yes we do (say it out loud people!).

This year we went to KL again for our vacation..our last visit to KL was last year. The difference was that back then we went with the PILs and other members of the family. This year we only went ourselves. Me, Mr Hubby and the two munchkins.

We went on board the RBA on the 12th of December @ 11.40am and arrived safely in KLIA @ 2.00PM (yes it was a two hours flight). Our flight was very smooth and was well-treated by the air hostesses. The food was delicious too!

We were also given the privilege to sit in the front row since we have ryan and were provided with a bassinet for him to sleep in. Overall it was indeed a very comfortable flight.

When we reached KLIA we took the airport taxi to 'The Coronade Hotel, Bukit Bintang', we first had to purchase a ticket and pay upfront (RM 70+) and had to queue at one particular gate (didn't take long). Mr Hubby then showed the ticket to the valet and he then called one of the taxi and then we were off to KL.

We stayed at The Coronade Hotel, Bukit Bintang for 4 days and 3 nights only. The cost for the stay was RM924.00. We had a pleasant stay and was given a pleasant treatment from the receptionist, valet, room service, house keeping, bell boy (you name it). The only regret was our room view! we had the view of a building! hehe but the room was comfy and very clean ;) thats the most important thing right?

During our stay in KL, we could only go shopping and didn't have the chance to go to visit places (*sigh*) since our stay was limited. The places that we went were, Suria KLCC, Mid Valley, Pavillion, Berjaya Times Square, Sungei Wang, Masjid India, and more places i wasn't familiar hehe. We didn't get to go to The Sunway Pyramid! (sighing again) but we did do alot of shopping! the sales were up till 80%! jusco? metrojaya? Tangs? ohh! the places! the sales! the items!

Then Mr Hubby said and i quote "kalau bawa RM10,000 pun habis ni di sini" hehe (so true baby!)

The experience bringing the two rascals;
extra effort!
extra strength!
extra energy!
extra pocket money! heheh ;p

but hey! we had loads of fun and at the end of the day we were very puas hati because we managed to do everything ourselves! we had great fun, great laughs and most of all we gained lots of love towards each other! and we have never been more tight as a family! Thank you Kuala Lumpur and we will surely come and visit you again in the future =D

The Chocolate Toast

Today the hubby decided to bring us to 'The Arch' for lunch. I've been there once but tidak teruja sangat nak datang lagi sebab ordered the wrong menu before "the nasi goreng kampung" it was then, all wrong for me due to the fact that the nasi tasted like pure ginger! and i was pregnant that time. But hey.. that was before. So i said ok..maybe the chef has changed? and now maybe the food was better? so we decided to give it a go.

When we arrived, the parking lot was almost empty and thought that ohh maybe tidak banyak yang lunch di situ. So hati berbunga lah sedikit since we brought the kids along. But then, uhuh..wrong! it was almost a little too crowded! seats were full but luckily there was still a comfy spot although panas sikit but it was acceptable.
We were given time to order what we wanted (good! unlike some eatery, yang suka rush their customers kan) then we were also given the liberty to write down the orders ourselves on the order form (good! so the waiter or waitress doesn't jot down the wrong order..order lain, lain yang datang and we get to write down price as well so that we know that we were in the right budget! hehe ;p).

The menu that we ordered;

1. Curry prawn with rice ( the curry was served in a separate bowl..nice!)

2.Sweet & sour Prawn with rice (served together in one dish)

3.Lady's fingers cooked in sambal sauce without rice
4.Chocolate toast (sliced into small triangular shapes..for the kids..nice job!)

5.Tea Tarik
6.Teh 'o'
7.Ice-blended milo

Total: $22.80 (which was very reasonable!)

The review:
Food: Excellent! the food was great (we were hungry hehe)
Drinks: the tea tarik was to me a so-so
Place: nice but a little noisy maybe only during lunch times? no?
Waiter/waitresses: helpfull and courteous :)
Location & parking space: appropriate

Overall, we enjoyed our time at 'The Arch'. We would definitely pay another visit there in the future. Good Job 'The Arch'!

What we did today.. (9th of December 2009)
went to watch a movie at the Empire Cineplex (Empire Hotel & Country Club), Twilight, New Moon..
The review: it was better than the first one, and gave it an 8.7 out of 10. So you should spare some time and go watch it! especially if you lots love some romantic mushy smoochy stuff..no?
Went to watch it with my two boys Mr Hubby and Abg Harris..We had an awesome time and certainly enjoyed the movie. We didn't bring along the little one because we were afraid he would be frightened of the dark..so we decided it was best if he just stayed at home..but yes..after the movie, mr daddy drove us home to pick up the little munchkin, Ryan, and went off again to have our early dinner at the Bridal MRSA Cafe, The Mall, Gadong.
